FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                                 
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on    
30 March 2012 in relation to the proposed restructuring of the BEE              
shareholding in Peregrine ("the transaction") and are advised that:             
- the transaction is still subject, inter alia, to the fulfilment of the        
 conditions set out in the cautionary announcement; and                         
- a further announcement regarding the transaction (including its financial     
 effects) and progress for its implementation will be made in due course.       
In the interim shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when    
dealing in Peregrine shares.
