Further to the cautionary announcement dated 3 March 2011, and the              
subsequent renewal of cautionary announcements, the last of which was           
incorporated in the reviewed provisional results for the year ended 31          
December 2011 which were released on SENS on 30 March 2012, shareholders        
are advised that negotiations are still in progress which, if successfully      
concluded may have a material effect on the price of IFCA`s securities.         
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when       
dealing in the Company`s securities, until a further announcement is made.
