UPDATED TRADING STATEMENT
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, companies are required to inform shareholders as soon as there is a
reasonable degree of certainty that the earnings of the Company are likely to
vary by more than 20% compared to the previous reporting period.
Further to the trading update issued on 9 May 2012, shareholders are advised
that the Company expects to report an earnings per share for the year ended 29
February 2012 to be between 0.19 cents and 0.22 cents per share compared to a
earnings per share of 0.15 cents for the year ended 28 February 2011. All
other information referred to in the 9 May 2012 trading update remains
unchanged.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the company is currently in the process
of finalising the results for the year ended 29 February 2012.
The financial information on which this trading statement has been based has
not been reviewed or reported on by the Company`s external auditors. The
Company`s results for the year ended 29 February 2012 is expected to be
published on or about 24 May 2012.
