Resignation of Non-Executive Director.                                          
Pursuant to paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements, shareholders are       
advised that Mr Theofelus Mberirua has resigned from the Board of Trustco Group 
Holdings Limited as he has accepted an Executive appointment, effective         
immediately.                                                                    
The Board accepts such resignation and wishes to thank Mr Mberirua for his      
contribution during his tenure as a Non-Executive Director.                     
As soon as a replacement has been identified, a further announcement will be    
made.
