GEN - General - Market Notice to Shareholders - Africa Board Companies Trustco  
Group Holdings Limited and Wilderness Holdings Limited                          
The JSE wishes to advise that, after consultation with the companies, these     
companies will be moved onto the Main Board, in their respective sectors. In    
order to identify them as African, they will be flagged "A" for African, along  
with other African securities listed on the JSE. This will take effect from the 
21st of May 2012.
