NOTICE OF AGM                                                                   
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Top Fix will be held  
on Wednesday, 17 February 2010 at Protea Hotel, Midrand at 11h00 to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting included in the  
annual report.                                                                  
NO CHANGE STATEMENT                                                             
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
30 June 2009 that were published on SENS on 28 September 2009, contain no       
modifications to the reviewed results that were distributed to shareholders on  
23 December 2009. The annual financial statements were audited by Top Fix`s     
auditors, PKF (JHB) Inc. Their report is available for inspection at the        
company`s registered office.
