Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated                 
8 November 2007, 21 December 2007, 11 February 2008, 3 March 2008,              
11 April 2008, 23 May 2008, 7 July 2008, 18 August 2008, 29 September 2008,     
11 November 2008 and 24 December 2008 regarding the disposal of the Loxton      
Dal and Frank Smith diamond mines, and are advised that as KMG Diamond Resources
(Proprietary) Limited has been unable to provide the necessary financial        
guarantee, the disposal agreement has been cancelled, and caution is no longer  
required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in their securities.
