Following approval from shareholders at the company's AGM, Lonrho Africa Plc has changed its name to Lonrho Plc and its abbreviated name to Lonrho. The current share code (LAF) and ISIN number (GB0002568813) will remain the same. These changes will be effective on the JSE Ltd from 27 August 2007. |
